That's a nice offer from Eric, guys. We have folks using 3579.545 kHz for CW often.
I called CQ on there the other night and got no answers but sometimes I find people there and work 
them. It's still an active CW QRG even though it is close to the JT9 frequencies, but not so close to 
cause any harm. You will need a filter on receive since the JT9 signals range from about 3577.5 up to 3579 kHz.
We are 550 Hz above them - listen for the CBLA (Color Burst Liberation Army- LOL)
