EasternGeorgia
It has been awhile since I have been able to run counties. In the past 6 months my wife has had 2 serious surgeries involving her colon and I have been her nurse for that period of time. I am happy to report that she is now recovering and gaining back some of the weight she lost in the process. She did not have any cancer, but a bad case of diverticulitis. A portion of her colon was removed and she had a colostomy. After 90 days she had a colostomy takedown operation and is back to normal. Any prayers for Mary would be greatly appreciated.

The trip I am taking is mostly on the east side of Georgia. I have decided that as Matt (W0NAC) has been running PSK63, I am going to run the higher speed, since there are getting to be a lot more users, so it only makes sense to speed things up a bit. I will be stopping on county lines to run PSK63 and SSB runs will be mostly on the move (NO CW). I am now using a screwdriver antenna, so when I start the PSK63 runs, they will be in the following order of frequencies:

17 meters, 18101---20 meters, 14072---30 meters, 10136---40 meters, 7072

Most of the time I should have no problems spotting myself, but if I do, I will probably call someone to spot me on 17 meters. After I am done there, I will move to the other bands in the above order and would appreciate anyone to spot me when I move. To make sure that things run in a orderly manner, please send your call 3 times, in case you are a little off my frequency, it gives me a chance to center on your frequency without the need to have you repeat. Also, do not send me a report first, just send your call. If I do not come back to you right away, I may be entering some info into the log and you need to be patient, so do not be too quick to repeat. I also do not take relays for PSK as they take too long. Normally, I will be starting out each day running the first county line on PSK63 around 1300 zulu. If you need to call me when I am on the road, please use my Onstar number: 904-576-0402. When I am done for the day you can call my cell phone: 352-339-6457. The reason for this is because when I am on the road, my cell phone is being used as a wifi hotspot for my computer.
