[CountyHunters] Mobile HF Rig Question

I lost my FT-100D due to water damage during a thunderstorm, and I need a
new mobile rig. I'm considering the FT-857D, IC706MKIIG, and the IC-7000.
>From reviews, the IC706 has the best receiver, but it's getting long in the
tooth and I question whether ICOM will support it much longer. I'd
appreciate any user comments from any mobile ops who have actually used any
of these radios. I particularly interested in the ease of use and LCD
visibility while operating mobile.
