Welcome to County Hunting!

You should log these as W9OL/M because that is the legal call sign when 
running mobile. Then, track the counties in separate column that most of 
the logging programs provide. DX Cluster spots aren't often useful for 
county hunters and that's why we have our own systems, for example,
