You can probably accumulate more states faster on the County Hunter's
Net @ 14.336 MHz.

Most county hunters don't cq for a county but rather meet on the net
where mobiles are traveling through various counties in many states.
Trying to gather them all from bases might be impossible. Also, check
out the county hunter's website. It has links to most,if not all the
information you want there. Also meet us on 14.336. Listen for a few
calls and get the feel of how it works before jumping in and you will
find yourself a frequency to park on when you have a radio handy but are
a little busy. I keep mine on beside me while I work and work the
mobiles as I hear them.

If you have a mobile, it is also incredibly fun to be the mobile in a
county. Nothing like being the station the pile-up is looking for :)

See you there soon!
