[CountyHunters] Aeronautical mobile in CH CW Contest May 3 and 4, 2003

I received an email from someone planning to be air mobile in the IN QSO
Party and asking if contacts would be OK for the CH CW Contest the same
weekend.

I said no, but after some checking decided it might add some excitement
for contesters, so:

Contacts with an aeronautical mobile operator will be treated the same as
mobile and portables and are worth 15 points to the receiving station.

I've asked KJ9C to get the word to the IN contesters, since I deleted the
email and don't remember who asked me.
