I plan to use DX4WIN as I have in the past.  It has fields for state and
county.  It won't do dupe checking, so you're on your own there.  It will
automatically fill in the previous state/county, so if you keep the Check Call
window up, you can get an idea of whether the QSO you're adding is the same as
the last time you worked him/her.  Or you can manually search.

After the contest, I'll bring up the logbook window, select the correct fields
for log entry and write it to a file.
