Update on ARISS in Glanmire this week.

Timeline for Monday
08:00 block off part of car park for the week
Unload trailer and car, set up indoor equipment only.
Test phone lines, phone interface and mixing desks

11:00 Ireland time (13:00 Romanian time)
Skype meeting with Nadia/Dan with no students, no technical, just Nadia on
Skype

13:30 - 15:00 Ireland time (15:30 to 17:00 Romanian time )
Practice with students in Ireland + Romania, agree time for following day.

3pm+ Prepare outdoor equipment for next day.

Tuesday morning
Set up all outdoor equipment and test

Tuesday afternoon
Simulate ISS with handheld and practice with students

Wednesday
Practice and simulate failures and back ups.

Timeline on Thursday
07:00 All team arrive if school can be opened early
08:00 Question asking students arrive at school if possible, doors to
sports hall locked.
09:30 Doors to sports hall unlocked (essential personnell only up to then)
??:??  Show start
10:20  All stop, hand over to ARISS team
10:20 Make a quick 3 Questions + 3 Questions test to Romania, with on
questions repeated (145.525) to be sure they are there
10:30 Seamus gives presentation, including 3 minute video from Tim Peake
10:50 Check in again with Romania and start calling the ISS
10:54 Really start calling ISS and expect a response
10:55 ISS Should hear us, Confirm they can.
11:04 Start saying goodbye, T-1 minute to loss of signal, Big Cheer
from students
11:06 ARISS finished, hand over to school for cultural exchange etc.
