It is planned to leave Cork by 8 o clock on Wednesday morning 16th and stop
at the Gandon Inn off exit 15 on the M7 just north of Portlaoise for
breakfast
​From The Gandon carry on the M7 to Naas and turn off at Johnstown for
Clane, Killcock, Summerhill  about 74km, the longwave site is about 3.5km
east of Summerhill on the R156
It is intending to be there about 12.00, spend say an hour, and travel to
Atlone, have lunch, and then visit the transmitter site
The arrangements as far as I am aware are
Traveling with EI4BZ, EI6BT,EI5HB,and Barney Quirke meeting at ???
Traveling with EI9FBB, EI7HO,EI3GS and Hugh Blundon meeting at Harris's
Traveling with EI8GS, EI2FG, EI2CV, EI8DJ meeting at Windsor Hill
If there are any others wishing to travel make contact with me
We are meeting EI5DI and some others and EI4GGB at Summerhill
We will monitor 145.400 for the journey
