[Corkradioclub] CW Field Day 7-8 June

Hi Lads,

I had a late start but today around 1400 I switched on for the 40m
contest.  There was nothing there.  I switched a few knobs and--still
nothing.  So I think a sudden attack from rats--or could it be badgers that
are digging all those holes--have eaten through a cable.  I hope you don't
have this problem, but that's not what I'm writing about.

I'm writing about this year's CW Field Day starting Sat 7 June at 1600
local time and finishing 1600 local time on Sun 8 June.  I'm game to host
it at our place near Baltimore again this year.  Are there enough takers to
make a go of it?

We won the restricted section last year, so we have a position to defend.
Please reply if you are interested in coming for CW Field Day--and it
doesn't matter whether you plan to operate or not.
