[Corkradioclub] New QSL Cards for Ei5CRC and Ei1C

Hi Cormac,

That's fine--just let me know when you want it/them for.

Three weeks sounds like a foreign holiday to me. Just to let you know that
I squeezed all QSO information on the back of the cards into a box the size
of the labels we use, which allows us to do handwritten cards or print
labels for high volumes and stick them on top of this printed box. I
decided (maybe wrongly) that we are unlikely to use either call sign
outside of Ireland, so the printed call signs on the back of the cards
(EI1C and EJ1C, for instance) have space after the call sign for a '/P' to
be written in but there are tick boxes before the call signs that don't
allow room for a country prefix to be written in. So if you plan to use
the call sign(s) outside Ireland, we'll have to use printed labels for any
QSL cards that we send out.

A minor point perhaps, but I wonder if we'd ever normally use the call
signs outside of Ireland. I don't remember it being specifically
prohibited in the license regulations, but I could imagine that club and
contest call sign rules may be different from that of personal call signs.

Does anyone know?

Tim
