Tim et al,

Thanks for taking the time to work all that out. I've no complaints whatsoever as 1. you mentioned me first :-) and 2. it makes clear that a decent performance requires a real team effort...

Most importantly we all enjoyed ourselves in no small part due to a good host - thanks again.
