[Corkradioclub] CRC Annual BBQ / Summer social.

Hi all,

As a reminder to those wishing to attend next weekend's get-together/BBQ,
must please bring along their €10 deposit to tomorrow night's club meeting
in Carrigtwohill. Total cost is €19.95 per person (a 50% deposit must be
paid to the venue in advance).

If anyone wishes to attend next Sunday but can not make it tomorrow night,
please e-mail me directly by Wednesday the latest as final numbers must be
given asap.

As a reminder, here are the details again.

Date     : Sunday, 21st August
Venue  : The Brook Inn, Glanmire
Time    : 16:00
Price    : 19.95 per person

Menu   : Grilled Rib eye Steak, black pepper/Cognac cream sauce,
              Honey baked baby back ribs with BBQ sauce,
              Freshly minced prime beef Burger with sauté onions,
              Large organic pork sausage

              Baked potato

              New potato & chive salad,
              Salad grilled Mediterranean vegetables,
              Coleslaw,

Children's menu also available. Something for all tastes / vegetarians
catered for too.

This venue is set-up to be able to cater under every weather condition and
boasts a spacious covered heated outdoor BBQ deck area. Do not let the past
days climate put anyone off!!!

A Big thank you to those who have already submitted various spot-prizes.
Bottles have been very popular so if anyone else would like to donate
anything towards the raffle to help raise club-funds, please continue to
forward to EI4BZ at QTHR or bring along on the day.

The club needs it's members support to be able to continue and hope that you
all will support this much needed fund-raiser.
