[Corc] 147.33

The 147.33 repeater has a problem with audio in the link transmitter.  It
has been taken off line and will be repaired as soon as I can get to it.  A
few weeks ago the unit was hit by lightning and took out the audio
processor and voter.  Now the Midland transmitter has failed.  Will let you
know as soon as it is back.
