[Corc] Mailing list Moves

I'm sorry if you get a few of these...  Configuring system and changing
e-mail 

The mailing list has changed servers and software.  Instead of majordomo
they are using mailman.  This is upgraded from majordomo and should be
easier to use.  I subscribed everyone that was on the old list.  Let me
know if you have any problems with it...
