[Contest] VERY LARGE ROTATABLE YAGI SYSTEM IN ILLINOIS

I saw a drawing in an email about two years ago about a very large yagi system in Illinois.

It had 6 Stepp-Ir beans on very large towers. I think they were the 4 element model.  All these
on a tower system in an "H" configuration and the complete system rotated.

The email had pictures of the building of this system.

Does anyone know about this antenna system?  If so, where exactly is it located and 
who owns it?

This would make for a good discussion at our DX club meeting.
