Contesters should always keep a piece of paper on their side=20
to Log those that want to work them and cannot be logged into the
Contest Logging program, mainly in 160m..

Tonight it was quite frustrating has many Caribbien stations C6ALK,
VP5K, VP9/..., just to mention, were 599 in TOP-BAND but refused to
work the Europeans calling them, the chances to work one of this rare
DX in Top-Band is sometimes once in-a-lifetime.

Honours do to J6DX that worked a couple of EU's, good show !

Just a suggestion, if you go to a Contest to one of this rare places in
Top-band or 6m. always keep that "bathroom" paper around and a pencil
to Log those that wish to work you but cannot be in your (ARRL) Contest
Log.
