It's the beginning of a new year, and the time when I revise the K1BV DX
Awards Directory.

The printer has the new text and it should be calling me soon to tell me the
pile of boxes is ready.

In 2002, I introduced an option of Online access through my Internet site.
Over 60% of you took advantage of this great low priced
option.  It's low priced because there is no printing or postal expense.
Don't let anyone kid you, if you do it yourself, publishing via the Internet
is extremely inexpensive.

I've prepared a special page on my website which gives a better description
of the changes - and there are hundreds and hundreds, perhaps over a
thousand, especially from the
European countries who adopted the Euro as a common currency last year.
(Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands almost rewritten.)  Over 150 new
awards as well.

Internet only access......................................$US6 or 8 IRCs.
USA and Canada (priority or Surface Mail).........$US24 or 32 IRC.
DX (economy Surface Letter Post).....................$US23 or 30 IRC.
DX (Air mail to Europe, SA and CA.....................$US27 or 37 IRC.
DX (Airmail, rest of world)..............................$US32 or 42 IRC.

Credit cards (VISA and Master Card) accepted.  Also PAYPAL.  Good IRC's at
80 cents each.
