  Collins 75A4 Receiver, Filters,
  Knobs, and more For Sale:

  .

  Collins 75A4 Receiver

The Collins 75A-4 is a high quality amateur
band receiver covering the frequency ranges
  of 1.5-2.5, 3.2-4.2, 6.8-7.8, 14-15, 20.8-21.8,
  26.5-27.5, 28-29 and 29-30 MHz. It has a double
conversion, crystal controlled front end for
high stability and good image rejection. It has
a permeability tuned, sealed master oscillator
for accurate dial calibration. It utilizes
  mechanical filters for outstanding selectivity.
Other features include passband tuning, crystal
calibrator, mute line, noise limiter and
Q-multiplier. The radio's controls are very easy
to use. There is a backlit S meter. All lights
  work. It requires a speaker.

  17.25 x 10.5 x 15.5 inches 35 lbs.

This one has been partially restored. Several
capacitors have obviously been replaced. I have
listened to signals on it. No hum. But it needs
more work. Cosmetically it is OK, but not collector
  quality.

  Buy it for $300

  Mechanical Filters for Collins 75A4

I have a pair of Collins mechanical filters
that were used in a Collins 75A4 receiver.
They have been tested, and both work well.
These plug into the 9 pin socket behind the
front panel of the 75A4. It is quite likely
that they can be used in other receivers as well.

300 Hz filter for narrow CW

  9000 Hz for AM

Each filter is $195. Buy both of them for $375.

  .

Knobs for Collins 75A4 For Sale:

These knobs are for a Collins 75A4 receiver,
although I am sure that they can be used on
  other ham rigs as well.

Both are made by Daka-ware, Chicago, and
appear to be new. The smaller, 1 5/8 inch knob,
is still completely sealed, so is new for sure.
The larger 3 inch knob is in a zip lock bag, so
I can not confirm that it is new, but it certainly
  looks like it.

Both of these were in a box from a silent key
  marked as 75A4 parts.

  1 5/8 inch diameter - $15

  3 inch diameter $30

  Buy both for $42.

  .

I also have many other accessories available
such as many different types of microphones,
HTs, VHF and UHF rigs, HF and VHF/UHF antennas,
  connectors, miscellaneous accessories, etc.
Just too many to list here. Please e-mail your
  requests.

  .
Prices do not include shipping from Florida.

  Thanks.
