[Collins] Collins 32V2 Transmitter Hum Problem

I have a 32V2 HF Transmitter developing an on the air hum.

 

I suspect the OEM LV capacitors (C301 & C302)have dried out and are heading
south. These are both 4Uf @ 600 WV. They are the type that are secured from
the bottom with a lock nut and washer, not the more common twist lock type

 

I'm sure I'm not the first to have this problem and looking for a commercial
solution as well as ideas /suggestions/ past practice to replace these caps
and return this great old transmitter to its intended purpose.
