[Collins] OLD Collins 30S1 #260

Collins folks, I am reinstalling the shelf into my 30S1 after replacing some parts under the shelf.
I am at the point of connecting the transformer primary back to TB 201 and want to correct the proper wires from the 220vac cable to the proper terminal on TB201. I don't read smoke signals and I am allergic to smoke,
One wire to be connected is green which is usually is the color connected to the center tap.

There is a heavier black that is zero ohms to ground and has a ring terminal on its' end
There are two other black leads that are the same size as the wire with green on it.
There are a total of 4 wires and three terminals available,, One of the black wires has a piece of black tape loosely around the green wire and a black wire.
I probably PRESUME that the green wire and the black wire taped together connect to the same terminal on TB 201. Some suggestions on the connecting these five wires on the four avialable terminals on TB 201 will be greatly appreciated.
