[Collins] Ever Repair a KWM-1 Fiducial????

Hi Guys....

Anyone have experience in repairing a KWM-1 dial fiducial that has slipped off the friction wheel that moves it 5 KHz plus and minus when calibrating the dial with the crystal calibrator?    It is tight in there and I am hoping that I do not have to remove the PTO and dial assembly to do this.   Would appreciate any hints, tips, advice, experience, etc, with this job.  It is a challenge.
