Collins had an internal "Working Paper" system for publishing technical and other papers. I wrote several during my tenure at Newport Beach from Nov 1967 to July 1977. I think they had to be individuallly approved for external release but were available in every Collins facility Library for internal access. I've wondered whether the very large library of Working Papers was preserved anywhere, particularly in the Univ of Iowa Collins archives. 73,George, W1BOF In a message dated 4/30/2021 1:05:32 PM Eastern Standard Time, collins at mailman.qth.net writes: 
Bell Telephone had the Bell Telephone Technical Journal, RCA had the RCA Review, did Collins have a means to publish technical research?
