[Collins] KWM-1 Parts Needed

I need an original VFO knob.   One of my two units has a knob that is close
but no cigar.

 

Also, one of my units has the NOVICE crystal pack installed.  Would it be
recommended to replace the crystals and turn it back to a standard frequency
pack?

 

Thoughts and recommendations appreciated.
