Let me preface this by saying that I know very little about Collins
items. Even though I have been licensed since 1962, I could not
afford Collins at that time! So please forgive me if I mess up on
some of this.

I have come across a fairly large amount of Collins miscellaneous
items that appear to be 1950's vintage. They appear to be in
extremely nice condition. These items need to go to Collins collectors
that appreciate them.

Here is part of what I have:

Collins analog thermometer
This is a weird one to me! It is a thermometer that one would
normally put on the outside of their house to measure the temperature.
I am sure we had a similar one up for years. Its scale goes from
-60 to +120 degrees, and has the typical red line that indicates the
temperature. What makes this one different is that is has a round
Collins logo in red at the top. At the bottom is says "Collins Radio
Company, Cedar Rapids, Iowa (with no zip code)." I do not know what
it would be worth to a collector, but I would think that $20 would be
fair.

Collins Log Book
Completely unused, in pristine condition. Front cover says "Log of
Amateur Radio Station. Compliments of Collins Radio Company" and has
a picture of a KWM-2, 30L1, and 312B5. Inside front cover says 1967.
First page has a WAS and WAC log. The rest of the pages are for
logging (and are completely blank), similar to a standard ARRL log
book. Inside back cover lists the various Collins equipment
available, and a short description. Again I do not know what it would
be worth to a collector, but I would think that $20 would be fair.

Spiral bound book "The Pocket Guide to Collins Amateur Radio Equipment
1946 to 1960"
It looks like it includes it all! Pictures of everything. It even
includes diagrams of the rear panels, so you can figure out the
connections, as well as power supply connections. $20

"Collins Vernier Tuning Knob" Instruction Book
Dated 1 Sept 1956. Shows how to install the knob, and includes
lubrication and adjustment instructions. $15

75A4 AM Filter
I don't know much about this, except it is in a bag with a piece of
paper marked "75A4 AM Filter". Its base appears to be the same as a 9
pin tube socket, with a metal "can" sticking out the top. $100

Operating Manual for 75A4
This is an original operating manual with 1 March 1955 date on it, and
a 1957 addendum added inside the back. Manual is in nice condition,
with no marks in it. $25

Collins 32V-2 sales brochure
Four page brochure copyright 1949. Has holes for 3 ring binder, and
edge has slight fading. $12

Collins 75A1 sales brochure
Four page brochure copyright 1949. The four pages have separated into
two separate sheets. Otherwise in good shape. $12

Operating Manual for 75A4
This manual looks like it is a copy, but a good copy, likely done by
one of the professional copiers. 1 June 1955 date. It is in a 3 ring
binder. Everything is very readable, including the schematics, which
are on pull out, fold out sheets, just like the original. $15

Video Tape "The Collins 75S-3/32S-3 Video"
In VHS format. Title pretty much says it all! $20

Buy all of the above for $250.

Prices do not include shipping from Florida.

I also have some manuals for Johnson Viking Ranger (1) Transmitter,
BTI LK-2000 HF amplifier, and Henry 100AL10 two meter amplifier, from
the same era available. Others will likely appear as well as I search
thru things!

Thanks.
