[Collins] QST Resizing

I saw a forecast of the shrink but I can't find it in November or
December QST so it must have been in one of the weekly ARRL e-mails. I
think they promised no change in font or font size, just more efficient
use of space (likely smaller margins) and possibly nearly the same
contents and advertisements. The January issue paper does feel thinner
to me. Pretty sure to be a postage saving on weight and on size. There
was comment that the existing QST was larger than the publishing
industry standard. Its only been that size for about half a century. Its
likely the post office charged extra for having to use larger magazine
sorting machines to get things sent out.
