Yes Gerald. In fact we now recommend Quartslab in Wales any
time someone requests a crystal on a frequency we do not have.
However, most crystals commonly used in Collins equipment are available - and we we have thousands of satisfied Collins owners using our crystals world-wide.

According to N0UK, http://www.quartslab.com/ is a reasonably priced UK
custom crystal maker typically just under $20 per crystal. I haven't
used them.
