[Collins] Last Call: Collins receiver 851S-1 for sale

Hello, 
over the last 15 years my friend Zlatko 9A6SUE from Croatia (part of former Yugoslavia) has repaired and refurbished many 851S-1 which came out of former Yugoslavia military depots. He sold these 851S-1 at swapmeets in Italy and the Hamradio fair at Lake Constance in southern Germany on the border to Austria and Switzerland for many years.
Zlatko's stock is diminishing fast, he only has a few 851S-1 left and there is very little chance that he will get any more as the depots are long empty.  
I offered to help Zlatko to sell these on the Collins list as Zlatko is not a list member.

The 851S-1 has 7 Collins mechanical filters and offers bandwidths 0.2 kHz, 0.5 kHz, 1 kHz, 3 kHz, 6 kHz, LSB and USB as well as 16 kHz due to the roofing filter. The receiver has modes SSB, CW, AM. Tuning step is 10 Hz. It has the following optional boards installed: VBFO, Parallel IN, Parallel OUT, Serial card.
Pictures are available on request. Overall condition is very good to excellent, no marks on the front panel, a few smaller scratches on the top and bottom cover due to rack mounting. The VFO knob insert has a couple light scratches. The 851S-1 is in fully working condition. Price is EUR 1,500 which is about $ 1.635 at today's rate. I will ship worldwide. 
I will pack very carefully in a strong triple wall export box (10mm wall thickness) with thick styrofoam cushioning. 
Please ask for shipping charges. As a hint expect about $ 220 shipping to the US via UPS Express (transit time 2 days). I can also ship as a insured postal parcel (transit time about 3 weeks) for about $60 less.

If you prefer something cheaper Zlatko also offers a 851S-1 in "basic" configuration (no VBFO, no Parallel IN, no Parallel OUT, no Serial card) for EUR 1,000 which is about $1,090 at today's rate.

I am currently in Modena/Italy for the Marzaglia swapmeet tomorrow. Zlatko is here also and I already talked to him and will visit him on Sunday at his QTH in Croatia. If you want a 851S-1 or need any spare parts or modules I can take it along and ship from Germany.
Zlatko has many spare parts and modules for 851S-1. Unfortunately he is out of VBFO, AFC and A7 IF Channel B as well as 10Hz synthesizer boards but has many other boards and modules.
