Doug's frequency is right. 13.155. 3.155 MHz above the lower edge of the
desired tuning range. But 290-9027-00 is the part number for the 10.155
for 7.0 to 7.2. Part number should be 290-9042-00.

The holder is HC6/U, parallel fundamental mode, probably the industry
standard 32 pf capacitance. I'm sure International Crystal Manufacturing
knows the details and can deliver a perfect crystal. IF ICM has
forgotten the details they can easily measure a sample sent to them and
make the desired frequencies.

Surplus Sales of Nebraska has many Collins crystals but not these two.

Remember that when connected for transceiver mode, the 32S uses the
crystal oscillator from the 75S and when switched to RX VFO mode uses
the 75S PTO but can run the PTO independently  in TX VFO mode. There is
enough tolerance in the crystals that withtout using the receiver
crystals for the transmitter they wouldn't necessarily be on the same
frequency, could be off 3 or 4 kHz, that won't work for transceiving
without some sort of Receiver incremental tuning. There can be small
errors in the BFOs that is hard to fix. Inrad.net has replacement BFO
crystals.

There are a few crystal packs on epay that appear to have these
crystals. ICM does good work but would cost less than these crystal packs.
