[Collins] First parts needed for a 32S3 project

DougI think one of the crystal frequencies is a bit off.
Part number 290-9027-00 should be 13,355.000 KHz for the 10.0 to 10.2 MHz band
Part number 290-9082-00 seems to be OK.
Funny that the crystal holder type and capacitance isn't specified in the manual.HNY,Jim
