[Collins] Needing your support to study TubeSter substituting tubes in Collins

Dear All, 
  Good morning and good evening.

I am looking for the data sheets of FET 'TI932' semiconductor.
Because I found it in the emulated triode-purpose functional circuits of
ST102 by Skytec.

These circuits are configured as a cascode TI932 with 2N5246.
The functional role might be a voltage trap to provide the appropriate
Vds voltage into the drain of 2N5246.
Thus, I would like to check the correctness of my understanding with the
data sheet of TI932.

Does anyone please let me know the data sheet?
