I have the following parts available from a "parted out" KWM-2A.  There were parts missing when I obtained the unit and it would not have been economically practical to try to restore it.  Yes, I have put quite a number of things in my parts stock for use when I work on equipment for others and will put any of these parts in stock as well if no one, on the reflector, wants them.

Tuning rack assembly with no slugs attached:  $45.00

Final amplifier cage, no top plate:  $35.00

Meter switch:  $25.00

Front portion of bandswitch including pulley:  $25.00

AF gain control:  $10.00
RF gain control:  $10.00
Emission switch assembly:  $35.00
Mic gain control (includes switch):  $20.00
Off / On switch assembly WITH AC switch:  $35.00
VFO Dummy Plug:  $20.00
Antenna relay assembly $25.00
Tuning rack coils:  $10.00 each (let me know which one you need) or all 5 for $40.00.
Cabinet with metal trim ring.  Very good condition with a few very small chips in trim ring, minor scuffs in paint, etc.  Should "polish out" very easily:  $165.00 Glen, K9STH
