[Collins] KWM-2 instabilities

Thanks to Rolynn, and Alan for their suggestions to ck the LV to be sure 
it isn't too high, and to be sure I tightened the screws holdiing the 
final cage down.  I'll ck both things when I get back to it tonite or tmw.
