[Collins] 851-S1 stability

Hello Sheldon,
this is a misprint. 
The -10 Series Supplement, 851S-1 Receiver, 2nd Edition, March 1, 1981 says 3 x 10-8 per week with the standard oscillator or 1 x 10-8 per week with the optional high stability oscillator.
