is a sales brochure for it.

Surplus Sales of Nebraska has a 32MS-1B original manual must be printed
on gold leaf for $175.00

http://www.machinepartsforreuse.com/Large-Size-Parts/Non-functional/Electrical/Dallas/Collins-32MS-1A-operation-alignt-data-on-a-cd.asp
shows the manuals on a CD, but without a price.

Ke3GK on ebay has a CD with a 32MS-1 manual as one of many manuals.

  $8.99 plus shipping.

Looks like the same CD as KE3GK with a lower price but higher shipping.

http://www.radiomanuals.comuv.com/index.php?letter=C shows the manual in
their list but on that page doesn't show how to get it.

In my search I found a hint the 32RS-1 might be similar but an AC
powered base station version. The 32RS-1 manual copy that I have doesn't
make the radio look anything like the outside of the 32MS-1 but they do
share the same crystal control for 4 channels and the same frequency range.
