[Collins] informatin on removal ol L13 in 75A1

Having no plate voltage on  V 2, the 6AS8 1st mixer tube of my 75A1 leads to the belief that L13 might be open. Other tubes have correct voltages. I can get an injected 2.5hz signal to the speaker from V3 the 6SK7 IF through to the speaker . 

I am anxiously pondering the chore of removing  L13 if it becomes necessary to replace or rewind L13. 
I want to be sure that L13 is the culprit and if it is, I want to determine what failed component caused the coil to open.

Hopefully there are those, in Collins land, so intimately familiar  with the 75A1  based upon their knowledge of the 75A1 and their actual hands on experience with the 75A1 that they can give me advice and guidance  as I proceed to rehabilitate this beautiful  piece of Collins history.Thanks for any and all help that is extended. 73, John, K5PGW
