[Collins] 75S-3B Questions

Hi all,


I have a 75S-3B up on the bench now and need some guidance. The previous owner removed C59 (40/40/40/250V) and replaced it with three individual caps situated under the chassis. I would like to reverse this mod and install a new C59 and my question is who to contact for one? Also, the plastic fuse holder is broken and I would like to replace it with an original. Does anyone know who the original manufacturer was?
