[Collins] Collins S line in transciever mode

Message took three months to arrive.
The RX VFO output cable needs to go to the TX VFO input and the switch
should take care of changing the VFO source and also turning off the
power to the TX VFO when using the receiver VFO. Has the power switch
been replaced and not wired correctly?
