[Collins] Mic gain erratic on KWM2A

Hi all,
During the tune process when I advance the mic gain to get grid current the meter will sometimes peg to the right or move erratically while I am touching the control. I suspect that I need to get in there with some deoxit. Anything else that I need to look at? The disc capacitor on the control perhaps? My manuals don’t address the subject.
