I used Glen's formula from SWP store and the results were quite remarkable
Refinished a vintage 270 speaker to match a 51J-2.  Side by side they look 
the same
I did add a tiny bit of corn starch to knock the gloss down a bit
For an undercoat  I used the Rust Oleum fine texture

The Sherwin-Williams formula for the St. James Gray paint used on the KWS-1 
is the first formula listed at:

Any real paint store can use this formula to mix the correct shade. 
Frankly, I don't trust home improvement stores like Lowe's and Home Depot to
