I quick search for Pliobond at Amazon shows it available in quantities
from 1 ounce to at least one gallon, probably by the 55 gallon drum,
tanker truck, and RR tank car somewhere also. McMAster-Carr
(www.mcmaster.com) has it from 1 ounce to one gallon. They do take
plastic. Its not at Mouser or Digi-Key.

Google says its at Aircraft Spruce, Aircraft Specialties, DoItBest and
Ace hardware stores. Also Chief Spencer and Wick Aircraft,
pacificflyfishers.com and wallyworld but only on line. Plus
catalog.theflyshop.com and W. W. Grainger.

It shouldn't be hard to find.

It was also used to stick down serial number tags I think.

I’m presuming I’m going to need to inject it somehow between the backing aluminum panel and the overlay (I think I have a needle syringe around here somewhere .. maybe .. if I can even find it).
