Hello Mike,

You must have missed it, because it went out to the world within minutes of 
the time I sent it, I keep copies of ALL notices I send out as they come 
back via their reflectors. And it's here as of the 10th.

FYI the CW portion is tomorrow (and that one went out from here on the 15th, 
and came back the same day.
