[Collins] FS: Collins 651S-1 Beautiful Condition Electrically & Cosmetically with Accessory Loudspeaker

I have decided to part with one of my favorite Collins Radio receivers.  I am
not using it anymore and I need the room.  This is the Collins 651S-1 all solid
state HF receiver from the 1970s.  It's S/N 281, PN 522-4836-009.  The Nixie
frequency display tubes are bright and all segments are working.  The receiver
has multiple mechanical filters and comes with the super scarce accessory
loudspeaker.  The case is clean and there are very few scratches, certainly none
that are  very noticeable.
 
I would rather sell it to someone on this list that list it on ePay and auction
it off.  I'd like it to stay local.  But, the decision has been made and it has
to go.
 
I am asking $1,500.00 plus shipping.  I would prefer local pickup in the Boston
