Try searching for "bearing splitter" instead of puller. eBay item # 271373761062 is what I used to replace the bearings on the KWT-6 blower motor. Worked well.

That puller is way too big and made for pulling a sleeve bearing from a
car engine flywheel. Its not made for pulling a ball bearing of any kind.
www.ebay.com/itm/Bearing-Puller-Kirby-Vacuum-and-small-motors-T127-A-/171163789631?pt=US_Vacuum&hash=item27da28293f
would be more like the right size, but its too short for the KWS-1 fan
motor shaft. But with a bit of aluminum and steel bars it wouldn't be
hard to make something like it.
www.ebay.com/itm/Micro-Bearing-Extractor-Puller-Tool-Set-Kit-19-45mm-Deep-Version-BGS-/251457627375?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3a8c0ae4ef
might be small enough but is pricey.
Some of these are closer to the right size:

Here's a way to make a bearing puller, just needs to be adjusted to fit
the KWS-1 motor dimensions.

Then this one from Micro Mark might be right, but I didn't get a picture:
www.micromark.com/miniature-gear-and-wheel-puller-9and32-inch-9and16-inch-capacity,8011.html
And there's this concept welded together from button head bolts that
could be constructed from one steel bar and three button head bolts with
enough length to reach each bearing. Just needs three tapped holes in
the cross bar.

Google miniature gear puller for another few thousand ideas.
