Looks a lot like a Davies 4100 and the skirt may be mounted with a few
screws to the back of the knob.

$1.95 at Allied, not cancellable, not returnable but they have 1852 in
stock.

Mouser shows none in stock and a higher price but a better drawing.

datasheet.octopart.com/4107AR-Davies-Molding-datasheet-9618490.pdf shows
the skirt is separate, part number 4110 to fit the 4100 knob and the
assembly is 4104 from Davies Molding.

W9GB at:
forums.qrz.com/showthread.php?174788-DAKA-WARE-Hunting-for-that-knob
alleges that Dakaware was a Davies Molding brand name so the current
Davies Molding knob is the same part as Dakaware.

Google Davies 4104 for a ton of hits and maybe a distributor with some
in stock.

A couple of the knobs in the collection:

look like 4104.

claims to be the exact knob you want and the second picture shows the
screws holding the skirt to the knob.

claims to be the main tuning knob for 75A receivers which someone was
wanting on this list in past few days. The seller thinks the insert is
gold rather than brass by the price.
