[Collins] 75S-1 with Waters Q-mult?

Hi folks,
	My 75S-1 has a Waters #337-S1A Q-mult. in it, and it doesn't seem to 
work.  I can't find any info on the thing, so don't know what to do with 
the 3 adjustments on it for any alignment.  Signal level does drop if I 
pull the tube, so I guess it's not completely messed up.
	If anyone has any info, I'd be grateful if you could share it.
