[Collins] Collins military S line

My brother was stationed in Turkey in Air Force at a mt top listening post (mostly listening) and had 2 rows of Kwm2 or S line units. He mainly listened and recorded signals from east of him which in my mind was Russia in the 60's. If I find his picture I'll post it and you guys and gals can help identify the units. Oh he did say he did phone patches mostly long distance to England, Brussels (SHAPE) if that means anything to anyone. 

If everything seems to be going well, you have obviously overlooked something.
