[Collins] blower rubberblower mounts for 30S1

There might be a need for ball bearings in the motor too. I don't know 
what the mounts are like but Radio Shack has some rubber grommets in 
their drawers in stores that might be useful. McMaster-Carr has lots of 
similar parts. Could be that the fan blade set screw is loose and its 
rattling.
