[Collins] removing collins vernier

Either the instruction book is kinda vague or I am kinda dense. I am removing the front panel from my 75A4 and thus am removing the vernier mechanism from it. I have the knob off and am trying to remove the two shaft set screws that hold the pinion gear to the PTO shaft.

I have a set of Bristol spline tools in the blue plastic envelope type holder and a set of Xcelite Bristol tools that use the handles. I can't seem to determine and find the correct spline tool to take the pinon off of the PTO shaft. I know I had the correct tool in the past, but can't seem to be able to find it today. The manual for the vernier seems to refer to a #4 spline tool but I am not able to identify the correct tool IF I HAVE IT and that is the correct tool for removing the set screws holding the pinon .to the PTO shaft.

If someone could shed light on this process and the correct spline tool, I will appreciate it. Thanks and 73, John, K5PGW
