Thanks Alan,
That looks like it. Those 2 resistors have been very hot, can't read
the colors, and they measure something over 90k. I'll get digging
around here to find a suitable replacement, don't see a 33k 5w right off
the bat, but have other options.
They way they're in the ckt, a tube pin resistance check won't spot them.
